If the ShareGate end-user app is experiencing an unforeseen performance problem when creating a new team, the following message will appear to alert you:
We can't create your team at this time. Please try again later.
This usually occurs when you are trying to create a team with a team template.
Wait 30 minutes, then try creating your team with the template for a second time. Inform your IT admin if the problem persists.
