Receive admin notifications
There are several ways to stay on top of your environment and policies. You can receive status emails for details on external sharing reviews, set up governance alerts for updates directly in Microsoft Teams, and receive the monthly governance digest.
Reporting with the Teams management module
Run reports to view granular details on your environment's teams, groups, and activities.
Export the report to your workstation as a CSV file so you can reference and analyze the information whenever works best for you.
Resolve sensitivity mismatches
A sensitivity mismatch might occur when the security settings of a team or group do not align with its sensitivity tag. Sensitivity mismatches display in gold on the Manage page and in the team and group details header.
Hover your mouse over the gold mismatch to display ShareGate's analysis for the right sensitivity setting.
Perform a migration
To make sure you have all the tools to be a Microsoft 365 hero, your ShareGate subscription includes the migration tool, the Teams management module, and access to ShareGate Home!
With governance policies in place, take a look at the migration tool.
