What's new
- To simplify your workflow, we have removed the concept of Entrusting teams and groups to their owners. Teams and groups no longer need to be entrusted for owners to take action on your policies.
- You now have the ability to manually add teams and groups to your default External sharing review. From the Manage page, use the Add to review feature. For more information, see How do I add a team or group to an external sharing review?
- The app can automatically include newly created teams and groups to your default External sharing review policy. Toggle on Automate adding teams to review in the Settings to take advantage of this feature.
What's improved
- The Manage tile Teams with external shares is now Teams with guests or shared links. We made improvements to the filtering, information displayed, and bulk actions. For more information, see What can I do with tiles?
- We made various improvements to our user experience. Our help documentation has been updated to reflect these changes.
- We applied general fixes to reduce errors.
