Inactivity detection policy
The Inactivity detection policy lets you define how long a team or group can be inactive in your environment before action needs to be taken.
Set the time period for inactivity and choose your communication method in the Settings, under Policies. When the policy is on, ShareGate will automatically notify owners to take action if their teams or groups have been inactive for too long.

Custom inactivity detection for purpose tags
Create a custom inactivity threshold for purpose tags so the amount of time a team or group can be inactive aligns with its business purpose.
For example, set a shorter detection threshold for teams created to complete a specific project or longer thresholds for department groups.
You can set custom thresholds for inactivity in the Settings, under Policies.
