Apply sensitivity tags 3 ways---automatically with the ShareGate Teams chatbot, using the Ask owner(s) feature, or manually from the Manage page.

Automate with our chatbot
To automate the ShareGate Teams chatbot for purpose tag and sensitivity tag notifications:
- Select Settings from the sidebar.
- Select Policies.
- Expand the Sensitivity tags or Purpose tags section.
- Toggle on Automatically ask owners.
Automating the ShareGate Teams chatbot for sensitivity tags will also automate our chatbot for purpose tags, and vice versa.
Tip: Create and edit sensitivity tags to best suit your environment.
Send a notification to ask owners to apply a sensitivity (and purpose) tag to their teams or groups.
