The External sharing review policy---which automatically prompts owners to validate the external sharing links and guest access in their teams and groups through email or ShareGate Teams chatbot notifications---can be turned off.
How-to
- Open Management.
- Select Policies from the sidebar.
- Expand the External sharing review section.
- Toggle off Automate adding teams to review.
- The message External sharing reviews are disabled will display.
Note: You can turn off the External sharing review while a review is in progress (either your default review or custom reviews set for sensitivity tags). Any reviews in progress will run to completion but no new reviews will start.
